LIV Golf Houston 2024
Boasting two entirely different courses presenting their own unique sets of challenges, Golf Club of Houston has hosted some of the best to have ever played the sport. This year, we were thrilled to add LIV Golf to the mix.
True to both Golf Club of Houston and LIV Golf, LIV Golf Houston elevated the game to another level and was designed with fans in mind. With shotgun starts, no cuts, and both team and individual competitions, the event delivered nonstop action and thrilling moments throughout the entire weekend.
LIV Golf League Debuts at Golf Club of Houston
Sprawling an impressive 7,508 yards, the hallowed fairways of the Texas Gulf Coast's bayouland hosted LIV Golf League's top players as they went head-to-head on the same fairways that have challenged PGA Tour Professionals for over a decade. Building on the momentum of its first full season, LIV Golf announced its 2024 schedule to include a stop at Golf Club of Houston, and fans and players alike couldn't have been more ready.
Designed by Rees Jones and David Toms, LIV Golf Houston teed off June 7th-9th on Golf Club of Houston's Tournament Course, which is renowned for its deceptive bunkers, hidden pins, and sharply contoured greens.
On the surface, it seems picture-perfect for powerful drivers like Brooks Koepka and Bryson DeChambeau, but the challenging layouts proved a rigorous test for even the world's best.
